I would like to know how to repair my metal front door.
My metal door has plastic molding to make it look like a 6 panel door. The heat from the sun has melted them and they are warped. Not sure whether to replace them with plastic since wood could have problems from the elements and there is not much of a porch for protection.

It sounds like it would be better to replace it with wood molding so that you can avoid a repeat situation. Best of luck!

You could go to Habitat for Humanity Restore and probably find a great door, I got a brand new solid mahogany door for $99. They had many others from $25 up.
