Your local glass door supplier should be able to get you a replacement strip.
I went to our local Lowe's and purchased the shower door sweep between $3 - $15 depending on what you are interested.
You need to bend down to the bottom of the door and look closely. There will be some tiny screws hold the sweep in place. If there are no screws, it is supposed to be pulled out from between 2 pieces of aluminum at the bottom of the door. If you have one that needs to be pulled out, you may need to clean the area well as soap scum can have it stuck in place.
