Sliding Glass Door is sticking

Hard to get the glass door to slide open or closed. Tracks may be a little dirty, but I'm not sure if the rollers need some grease, or are worn out and need to be replaced.
How do I replace them.

First try to lubricate the wheels and tracks with WD40. Don't use grease or oil. They attract dirt.

First, try cleaning the tracks really well. If that doesn't resolve the problem, try rubbing a bar of soap along the tracks to help the door slide more easily. If that doesn't fix it, your rollers may be worn and need to be replaced.

I just did this for my new client, first you need to scrub that track clean, then spray with WD40 or EZ liquid graphite. Then use a screw driver on the end of the door below the handle at the bottom to turn the screw to adjust the roller. If you need to replace, you will have to figure out the door manufacturer cause thats how there sold.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWm2YG_jNAc

We have rental property with 30 year old sliding doors and horizontaly sliding windows. I used candle wax on the tracks on all of them. They are now gliding quietly and easily.
