Threshold Fix !?

How do i fix change correct this threshold?

    The Tyvek should have been cut off originally.The metal threshold can be removed. Usually 3 screws under the weather strip.

    I had to magnify the picture to see the Tyvek Ken mentioned. It looks like your threshold goes under the door stop. It might have screws like Ken said, but it could have also been installed with adhesive, especially if you are on a slab. It could also just be a pressure fit. If you don't find screws and it doesn't seem like it will budge easily, don't force it. Just trim the Tyvek with a utility knife.
