If it's steel, it can get very hot. Wood will fade as will a painted door. Here's a link on choosing the best door for direct sunlight:

Hello. It may depend on the door type an actual quality of the door. We once had a home years ago and the actual plastic- composite framing around the decorative glass window warped due to the direct sunlight.
In general you can expect feeding of your paint color.

If it is wooden, it can dry it out and cause issues with warping as well as swelling if there is humidity. Paint, even the best of them, will fade over time.
Anything in direct sunlight will react in various ways depending on what it is made of: wood, steel, fiberglass. Paint or a finish added to it can help protect just like sun screen helps protect our skin. Choose a finish based on the door material is. Some paints are rated as UV protected.
When it comes to sunlight, we should be concerned mostly about the material on the front of the door – which, after all, is what’ll be receiving the most heat.
Aluminium (like other metals) is an extremely good conductor of heat. If exposed to direct sunlight for hours on end, it will become scorching hot. With that said, it’s also capable of holding its shape even when the temperature gets hot. Just think about aluminium cookware that gets hauled over a gas burner every day for twenty years without the slightest deformation.
Timber is made from natural fibres, which will warp a little bit every time the temperature (or air-pressure, or humidity) changes. Direct exposure to ultraviolet light will damage unprotected wood, and thus a protective finish is critical.
it will fade the paint or stain on the door
Direct sunlight can make the paint color on a door fade. I make my own wreaths for my door. I I find that the hot sun melts my hot glue and makes my wreaths fall apart! But I used a paint on my front door formulated to reduce fading, and so far, my paint still looks great after a few years:https://momhomeguide.com/how-to-paint-front-door/
It will fade certain colors more than others, such as darker colors of paint. Also, it will fade a wreath on the door. A lighter color would be a better choice.
I feel like I need more info. Is this a wood door? Is it painted? Is there glass in it? Why are you concerned about the temp? Are you noticing damage?
It fades cracks you have to keep painting it or staining it
Depends on the door type, but could be very hot, could fade
