Hardware or big box stores carry a product called a door sweep. It nails to the bottom of your door and seals out drafts. It has a thick brush type fringe on the bottom edge to accomodate any unevenness in your threshhold or a rubber insert that serves the same purpose if your threshhold is good and level.
