Wood Rot On Bottom of Picture Window- how can I fix it?

I have a picture window that has wood rot on bottom rail due to slashing water,which, is now corrected , but, the rot remains. How do I fix it?
The rot is on the inside rail has well as outside rail just in one corner

Bondo auto body filler can be used. Pretty easy to sand into the original shape.
I use the Systen Three products , available on Amazon . Epoxy for cracks, sculptwood that is epoxy based for larger areas�. Can be later leveled out, sanded And painted tomatch. Everything comes in the two-mix boxes: barrier gloves, mixing bottles, detailed instructions. You add ventilation, scraper to take out pieces that literally are falling out, good putty knive or wide popsicle sticks to apply the sculptwood and a good rag. You may have enough to do other projects. Good luck!
