Explain more. You don't like them? Wrap like What? What's your end game?

Almost like an exterior post wrap or sleeve. Just want to update the stained wood.

What seems to be the problem with them. They can be primed and painted.

Too many to prime and paint. Only 9 yrs old, and just want a different style. I've seen exterior post wraps but nothing smaller for interior balusters.

The only thing is to prime and paint. A wrap would look cheap and not be. Be sure to use oil based paint and primer if yo go that route.

Nothing for balusters. If there was such a thing it would probably take as much time to cut, fit, and finish as it would take to paint.

How ornate are they? you could use Wrap as William stated could be very time consuming unless they are just straight up & down wood here's example it's a 3M brand https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8ODSBlIJSY or you could maybe use molding and incase each one using brad nailer or constrution adhesive
