These are really cute! A good friend of mine made a holiday card with a few layers of tissue paper modge podged onto cardboard - it was really lovely and I thought about giving it a try :) Thanks for sharing!Helpful Reply- See 1 previous

I once saw a basket, which was totally made from Christmas card fronts, woven together with a lightweight yarn. I'd love to find out just how to do that!Helpful Reply -

I've made lots of cards over the years. Nothing quite this fancy.. I am a sewer so I collect my loose threads and gather them in a big wad and place on card and then glue some buttons or something over to wish another sewer a Happy Birthday.I've used stencils to color in designs also. I made xmas cards one year for everyone with a stamp and then colored them all in and then added some glitter to the fronts. Never do that again, very time consuming and took a lot of time.Helpful Reply -

Liked the idea! Tutorial takes to long though. I use cards to make framed pictures for holidays. It is a blast to give them and use them all over the house. Have a good DIY dayHelpful Reply -

I would like to tell you what I have done with the most favorite cards I received from people. I made it a wall collage in my laundry room, so, when I am in there I go over and enjoy the cards all over again! People do not send cards anymore, so, I have saved favorite greeting cards and add one or two to the laundry walls, once in a white.Helpful Reply -

That is a great idea of what you do with your greeting cards. Greeting cards are memories that people send you on occasions or just because. It is something to read and look back on to remember when you got that card. Thank you for sharing your idea.Helpful Reply -
