OK so we’re renovating a modular home and want to know can you put tile on the backsplash over the wallpaper walls without it causing an issue? We’re also trying to paint that wall paper will it peel?

It is possible depending on the condition of the wall paper and the quality. Use a primer included paint or consider a bead board backsplash can cover the wallpaper and won’t have to worry about it peeking off in the future.
Yes you can tile over wallpaper. Make sure it is not torn, if so glue it. Use a quality mastic, and tile away. Use a grout that has Polyblend and sealer in it.
