You are wanting to use it on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom?
It should stick fine as long as you properly prepare the surface before you lay the tiles...ask your home improvement store pros to show you what products to prepare the surface with first.
We tried to use peel and stick tile once. If you don’t use the adhesive glue for it, they will start to not lay flat. Also when we walked on it after letting it set, the tiles began to move around every time we walked through the kitchen. I would highly recommend using the adhesive glue with it.
