Larger tiles require less grouting, and will have fewer crevices, so will take less time to clean and maintain. Smoother tiles are easier to keep clean and sanitized, as opposed to textured tiles.
If you mean the walls smooth tiles are easiest to clean. The size of tile depends on your overall look in the bathroom. Small floor tiles may not look good with large wall tiles. Get a sample of the tile you are considering for the wall and look at it with the rest of the room to see what pleases you.
