You can get drill bits made for just that purpose. The best part is that they’re very cheap.

The only thing is you need to find the studs behind the wall and make sure they are PROPERLY secured to them. The weight of a person pulling on them is extreme and many a severe injury has happened when they are not properly installed and pull out of the wall and the person falls!
