Do you know how to lay out the tile before actually setting it?
You can buy a rather large indoor/outdoor rug in various colors for a lot less than a tile job will run...and you can change it out every few years.
My deck was finally covered and it was so stained from leaves dropping on it over the years. I did not want to stain the deck only to have to have a big job later on cleaning it up to redo it.
I had tile floor put in my bathroom, I HATE IT!!!! It's so cold and i have three broken tiles, don't know how, but their cracked and look awful. We put a waterproof floating floor in my dad's bathroom, it looks just like hardwood flooring, it's very affordable we're a one income family, it's so easy to clean too. Or you could paint it to look like tile, make your own design, paint an area rug even would look neat, no vacuuming, LOL or paint it one color put a large area rug on it. Rearrange everythinh on it, i just did my dad's and it's very functioning now, it was all junked up, i trashed so much junk and made it where we can sit and relax and even eat out there if need be. Good luck, please let me know what you do.
If it were me, i'd get the peel and stick squares. Mom and dad did this in their new home and they lasted ten yrs in their small kitchen! It would be perfect for a porch. You can get them at home improvement stores.
