Does anyone make grout that has rubber or something with give in it

My grout is missing in places. I live in a manufactured home. I was told that because of the house settling regularly grout would keep breaking.

I don't know of any grout like that, but it sounds like the flooring underneath the tile wasn't built for tile. Tile needs a strong backerboard.
I have seen grout mixed with vinyl sealant. I would try it on an inconspicuous spot.
Use silicone sealer instead.
Use epoxy grout. Won't crack like cement grout. Expensive but will do the job.
