If it is sealed you can paint it
I used a paint pen in this project. I went from a dirty white to a grey. https://www.hometalk.com/diy/kitchen-dining/kitchen-dining-furniture/changing-up-an-orange-formica-countertop-with-concrete-18147786?r=2

There are grout stains available at Lowe's and Home Depot. I found these instructions online:

There are products on the market that will stain your grout. Here is one - Polyblend Grout Renew, comes in several different colors. Can be found at Home Depot and elsewhere: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Custom-Building-Products-Polyblend-11-Snow-White-8-oz-Grout-Renew-Colorant-GCL11HPT/100133209
Hello there. Cindy here. You need to start this job with a clean surface. I have used a product called Oxi Clean Max Force to clean grout. Very happy with results. Just use an old toothbrush to scrub it in. Let it set 15 or 20 minutes, Then wipe it off with a clean damp cloth. This might be all you need to do. After using this, and you still want to remove the grout, use an oscillating multi-tool, and a grout removal accessory. When buying new grout, remember that sanded grout is for floors, and un-sanded grout is for walls. Hope this helps you. Best wishes from Cindy.
