How do you tile a bathroom shower if it has a pan?

The bottom of the shower has a pan. I cimented the tile on the pan and finished up the job with epoxy grout. The ciment disolved.

i believe you used the wrong product, cement is never used for tile. Plus you are talking about a pan, I assume you are talking about a fiberglass pan, or possibly a solid surface material? You should not tile over these surfaces. Hopefully you can pull that tile up without damaging the pan. Sadly this is probably your only solution.
