I put the peel and stick backsplash up in my bathroom. I just painted with satin paint, waited about 4 days and stuck it up there. Within about 4 hours it started falling down. What can i use to really make this stick?

Carla, did you clean the area with alcohol and then wet it with soapy water as you applied the tile? Usually self-adhesive tile requires a layer of soapy water to displace any air gaps. This is the same process used for window film application.
How level is the wall surface that you have tried to stick the tiles on to?
All depends on the type you purchased. Maybe there's a solution here.

I purchased it from Lowes. I don't remember what brand it was. I was thinking it won't stick because of the satin paint or the wall has a very slight texture to it. I have been checking online for some type of adhesive i could use along with the sticky side of the tile.
The soap water was in mfg instructions for the tile I've used, but I just read somewhere else that new paint should be allowed to cure 3 weeks before applying. I can't find the place where I read it.
