What do ya'll think of the peel & stick tile?

Took down a bathroom mirror that was glued to the wall and added a surface mount mirrored medicine cabinet. However, now I have a wall surface below the mirror that has been slightly damaged by the glue. I'm thinking I might just use the peel & stick wall tile. How does it look once it is up? Does it look cheap?

We have used it, depending on the brand we have been happy with it. Don't go cheap on the brand. We got ours at Lowe's or Menards.

Make sure to use additional adhesive. As DesertRose stated above, don't cheap out.

They make it for vinyl flooring. You put it on the wood and when it is tacky you put the tile on it. It comes in a bucket.

I put put some down without it once and it started coming up.

Another thought, some tile can be laid with a gap that you can grout if you want it to look like ceramic tile.

Use a thin coat of adhesive to help them stick. You can buy many designs these days, but if your wall is not clean or not flat you will not get a smooth look. Maybe metal Tiles would be the answer or maybe mirror tiles?
