The adhesive on the tiles is only holding temporarily then they start to peel. I need a permanent glue/adhesive solution. Thanks for any help I can get. PLEASE HELP.
Unless it is real stucco a nail would probably work. If it is real stucco, a drill may be needed to make holes for your nails.
You can thinset them with tile mastic and tape them in place while it’s drying. Clean up as you go.
My mastic was stinky, so I had to leave the room for 6 hours while it cured.
If you don’t butt the tiles together, you’ll need to grout them, making sure your grout is sandless and has a polymer additive, as grease splatters can sink into fresh grout.

If small I would use liquid nails, tape in place until dry. Go around edge,with concrete caulk.
Liquid nails is very effective. Be sure to tape the tile while it is in place and let it secure overnight.
