Years ago I used to make large Christmas decorations with the plastic rings. Find round Christmas balls that will fit. Staple the plastic together the long way to form a cylinder. Insert Christmas balls in the end holes. Staple the plastic to a pie plate or paper plate. then weave the long Christmas garlands thru the holes. You'll have to do trial and error as I can't remember all the details. You can add other decorations to it. Good luck
Using the strip lengthwise of either 3 or add the other 3 to make 6 holes, pretty seasonas garlands or ribbons can be woven through. Another thought is to crochet around the rings with yarn for holiday colors.
