Chsrmaine, unless you are a seamstress, check stores about mid July for sales on cushions, they’re often less expensive than buying material and cushioning forms!
Yes, to make the seat cushions, you will need a sewing machine to sew covers on to foam slabs. However, if you do not have experience in working without a pattern, or making your own pattern templates, covering the cushions so that they are all equal size, is not easy.
Carol is right that dense foam and sturdy outdoor fabric are not cheap. Her suggestion to check out mid-summer sales on cushions is sensible.
Oh😊..i have a GREAT idea for this. If u have old cushions use the foam & go get some vinyl tablecloths on sale
Turn inside out & sew the ends (or ends after u have measured around cushions) & STITCH corners in. Voila'...brand new w/ just $5/6 ..AND THEY WIPE OFF CLEAN & MAKE CUSHIONS WATERPROOF.😁
