i cut the bottom off and use it as a planter.
If you have a dog you can build him the neatest treat toy ever. My sister taught me this one. Your last load probably got the 'hot water, close and shake the bottle' dregs, but do it again until all the soap is out. Wash and keep the cap, too. Let it dry out and then carefully cut a dozen or so holes all over the bottle. Put Fido's daily dry meal in there and watch the fun as he has to work for his supper! She did this to tire out her hyperactive puppy. He enjoyed it till he chewed the holes bigger, but she had another one ready by then.
