How can I upcycle an old TV dish 10' into a gazebo? I have lots of room ansd would like to put a fire pit in the gazebo.

We did this years ago. Started by pouring a cement pad. Put some brackets to hold 4x4's into the cement while it was still wet. Got some pvc round clinders to slide over the 4x4's. Gave the old satellite dish a few coats of semi gloss paint and mounted that. Hung pvc lattice work in between the posts. That was about 15 years ago. Every few years I give it a fresh coat of paint. Had the person who owns a business across the street ask where we got the "kit". Said his wife had been looking at ours for several years and wanted on herself. If you add a fire pit just make sure it is in the center so it doesn't cause a problem with the lattice work or the beams. The same interlocking blocks used to make retaining walls work well for a fire pit. Just remember you will need a liner if you use it much.
