If you are referring to the plastic bottles themselves being the house, maybe try to cut the top 3 to 4 inches of the bottle end with the neck opening. Place the short end upside down into an 18 count egg carton so there is room for a few bottles and more sturdy, by placing the mouth opening down into carton, you have drainage. Fill the short end with soil and plant your seed. Using a strong type of tape, attach the taller end of the bottle to the shorter end so it works like a hinge for watering. Place in a sunny window, as the seedling grows, the taller end of the bottle will make for plenty of room for the height until strong enough to plant in the ground. Hope this helps.
