Fill in sand or quickrete, with dowels inserted to connect table top. Decorate with decoupage or spray paint.
Years ago my Girl Scout troop used them for flower vases. They modpodged tissue shapes for a stained glass effect. They were SO cute.
I have no idea ,in iowa each empty bottle is worth 5 cents when taken to be redeemed.
