What is the best way to take apart pallets?
I have accumulated several pallets and want to up cycle them but am having a hard time pulling them apart. Don't want to destroy the integrity of the wood by using Brut force.

I have used a saw to cut the nails, but really they seem tough to pull apart no matter what. My husband and I have made benches and things and cutting the nails helps keep the would in one piece.
Hi Jody. I used a skill saw. to cut the nails. I just ran it between the boards. Its faster and a lot easier. Good Luck!
Here is a site that provides several methods depending upon what tools you have or don't have.
