If the brand name is a sticker, placing the bottle in the freezer for a couple of hours will release the stickiest label. If it's painted on, I would CAREFULLY follow William's advice above. A gold Sharpie pen can be used to draw the other half of the sun back on. I would also suggest using a good clear sealant (Krylon) after you've finished to preserve the scene.
Is it a label or painted on? You could start by soaking it in hot water if it is a label. If it is paint, you could try to remove it with mineral spirits or nail polish remover.
I think Acetone, the kind you get at Lowes not nail polish remover, would work too.
