How about using it as a planter? Or a craft supply organizer?

Use on a back patio as a herb planter.

You could use it on the back of a closet door or hanging in a closet for storing items. Could also paint it & take hook off & fasten to wall with small containers inside to store desk supplies (pens, pencils etc.).

Take it outside and use as a planter for small vining plants. Take coconut hull liner and cut to fit caddy shelf and then find a small container to sit in the liner. Make sure container has drainage. Add your plant with potting soil and water thoroughly. You can either attach caddy to a tree or a post or on the side of a shed. Makes a great flower container. If it is metal and you like the aged/rusty look use as is. If it is plastic you could always spray paint it.

If you are willing to give it another try, put the caddy on and slide the caddy up near the wall. Then twist a couple of wide rubber bands around the spout, but as far up as you want the caddy. If this doesn't please you, I would hang it on the inside of whatever cabinet or closet you keep your cleaning supplies in. It should hold sponges and other small scrubbers and accessories.
