How to repurpose a unique floor lamp

The floor lamp has the lamp portion that moves in and out? I want to use it in my garden with an unusual but unique item. Maybe even put led lights in it or something else beautiful.

sand and paint your favorite color......make it a plant hanger inside or outside your home. Attach a flat surface for bird feeder in your garden. Add a solar light kit for a lamp post......etc...etc. Hope these ideas help, be sure and post a finished pic. !!

Spray paint the lamp,and plant a flowering vine and attach a hanging solar light.

I turned an old floor lamp into a candle holder and put a fixture on the top that held a glass chimney.
