Add a planter box and use for plants. I would think a vinyl window will hold up even better than wooden ones.
you could attach a bird feeder to it and let the birds have it as their backdrop looking out into the yard
When we changed some windows, our neighbor took them for his garden. He built raised beds and hinged the windows. He used them all year round, especially the lettuce, which the rabbits got into otherwise. We also built a storage shed and put in a window on one side. Lots of natural light and ventilation. Hi Sue. You could paint pictures on the glass. Perhaps different kinds of flowers. Add a bee, lizard, lady bug, etc. Have fun with it. Use paint made especially for glass. Good luck Sue. Stay well.
