First, group them by color pallet, blues, browns, etc. If you have a old small satelite dish you could make a mosaic bird bath using tile adhesive and grout. Using hooks, attach chain to it and hang it from a tree.
Picture frame of tiles or a serving tray of tiles. You could also make a kleenex box cover.
You can make Garden Mosaic tiles
I have used them as coasters, paint house numbers on them or attach a few and use as trivets.
Cover a small side table for patio use.
My daughter has broken them into pieces then made mosaics for kitchen trays in particular.
