Put a hole in the top of one and then design the rest with pictures of your family or dog etc put edging around it and a loop through the hole on top and hang it in your rear view mirror so you will have company when you drive. You can also decorate them with pictures and laminate them to make coasters out of them, You can make Christmas decorations out of them. And for special events put pictures of whomever on them and give them out as presents. If you work decorate them with group pictures and give a little present to your co workers.

Use them to decorate Garden "Have a Party" string them and use to deter birds from getting seeds or crops.- Cut them up and use a Crazy patterned Tiles or Box décor etc.........
Christmas: spray paint silver or gold or mixed. Glue anywhere from 5 to 10 onto fishing line at random and hang from front porch. Lights across the top are great. (I connected mine at the bottom with fishing line to keep them from tangling) As they move, they sparkle. Look beautiful from the street.
Cut them into pieces and use them like tiles to make mosaics - since they are so thin you can glue them in place with Elmer's glue. This works really well on cardboard boxes - a collection of them looks really nice on a shelf.
Donate your old CD, DVDs and tapes to a secondhand store or music reseller for reuse. Even if the items are scratched, it's likely they can be repaired and resold.

I would use them outside for windchimes and doo dads to keep pests away.
Online platforms are the best places to sell CDs. Popular options include Music Magpie, eBay, Facebook, and other marketplaces. You will not earn a lot from selling CDs but it is better than letting them collect dust.
