Can you explain a little better? Wall art on a garden wall, side of your house or on a garden shed? If it is a new wall you want you can use pallets and reinforcing bar to hold it upright. stand the pallet on edge and drive rebar 1foot into the ground in 2 opposite corners then slide pallet off, continue pounding into the ground then replace the pallet to create one panel. Continue the length you want. Add hanging deck baskets with flowers, paint or stain colors, add a few old garden utensils in between flowers, or add flower pots to the top of the pallets.
When I saw your question I thought of these beautiful sun flowers made from thrift store plates: https://www.thriftynorthwestmom.com/using-recycled-glass-to-make-flowers/ It looks simple to do and could be attached to rods for sticking in the ground or they could be hung on a fence or a wall
