Cutting boards. Or, depending on how thick they are, the bottoms of serving trays.
Could you use them for end table tops? Or nightstands?
Do you have only the 2 pieces? I ask because you actually may want to just tuck them away. In case one of your placed tiles actually cracks. Then you would have the replacement pieces

You could possibly use the two pieces for two end tables or nightstands.
I have a piece of my counter top material left over when it was installed. I used it to set my kitchen aid mixer on because it slides and I can pull the mixer forward on the counter when using it and push it back so it up against the back of the wall when not using. Doesn't look bad because it is the same material as the counter.

If you are a woodworker, you can use the granite as a base for sandpaper that you can use to sharpen tools. You could also put the granite into a table top on the patio.
