How can I repurpose tin cans with acrylic paint?
When re-purposing tin cans, painting them with acrylic paint & such to decorate and make into candle holders/pencil holders etc. Can you heat them up in the stove and heat to like "set" the paint so it doesn't just rub off?

I wouldn't do it unless you are absolutely sure the materials you are using are oven safe....the potential for deadly fumes or fire are not worth it. Just my opinion as a firefighter's Mom. ❤
Use a paint made for metal. Prime with a good primer first. Do not heat acrylic paint!
I would recommend spray paint, I just spray painted some coffee tins and it went really well. Also never put anything other than food in your oven. If you have a second oven you can use for crafting items do that. Otherwise the chemicals will get into your food.
