A picture would help. Going by the description only.... I would add two large eye hooks to the top. Add a planter box to both sides at the bottom of the windows as close to the bottom window as possible. If you put planter on each side it will hang straight. You could also use a hole saw and drill thru the door in the middle above the middle row of windows, insert a dowel rod and attach a hook on each end. Hang a planter from each side to balance. Something different than just hanging plants from the bottom. You could add a little color to the window by using clear epoxy and gluing on strips of colored glass if you know how to use a glass cutter. Glue to strips to the glass.
Could you share a photo of it? Is it a door that you want to prop up outside and hang a planter from?
woow great!
Could you post a picture of it and where you'd like to put it?
A picture would be very helpful so we can see exactly what you are working with.

Hi Bernadette. You could hang it from a tree. Place hooks on all 4 corners. Place rope (clothes line from $Tree) thru each hook and tied w/ a knot. Bring all 4 ropes up to a large round ring so that they are all the same length. Then use another piece of rope to go thru the ring and pulled up to hang in a tree. Place your planter on top. Good luck Bernadette. Stay well.
You'll have to treat the door and player with exterior paint or spar Marine Varnish or it will fall apart after a season or two.

I would mount a window box below the glass and prop the door up against a tree or against a fence and secure it there with screws. Something like this: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/outdoor/garden/old-doors-give-new-life-to-backyard--17610729
