I have seen them turned into beautiful indoor planters.
I would remove the door and totally clean and repaint it. Add a few wire shelves inside and use it as a plant stand. You can have it either inside, outside or both. Since it has wheels, you'll be able to bring it inside/outside as weather permits. You can grow herbs, flowering plants or just about anything in it.
