Hi Steve, here's a few ideas that would work equally well using tights.

Hi Steve. I'm Cindy. You could use those tights to make draft stoppers for under your doors in cold weather. You could also use them to make warm rolls for painful muscles that ache. Cut the legs off an pour rice in them and then tie the end. Heat them in the microwave for a minute or so and place them where you hurt. Good luck Steve.
Last week at Costco, I saw cutdowns from the thighs of pantyhose used to hold several layers of washcloths against a woman's face for a mask. Depending on the size of the girl & the stretchiness of the tights, it could be homemade PPE.
I use a neck gator folded around an aquarium filter for my DIY pandemic mask, but the pantyhose and washcloths work much the same way. Something stretchy and knit in-the-round goes around the entire head from the bridge of the nose and down & then the filter goes only over the nose & mouth.
Hello,
Years ago, I used to make flowers from them. Stretching squares over gue so and a preformed wire made into a petal shape. I would secure with thin florist wire or cotton or wool. Combine petals to make a flower. Cut paper like a comb and roll it up to act as a stamen in the centre. Leaves can be made in the same manner. Bind each flower with florist tape or crepe paper strips. Have fun!
When I was a kid I used to make soft sculpture dolls from pantyhose stuffed with polyfill. They were cute and fun to make! :)
