Cool. Take an old coat and jeans and stuff them with newspaper or plastic bags. The put the head on top and sit him in a chair. You can have a snowman family.
Hi Granny, You could buy styrofoam balls to use as the "body". Paint clothes on them or use fabric. Put the heads on and scatter thru your house. OR They would look cute on a Christmas wreath along with other Christmas picks.
How about making tomato cage snowmen and use the heads to top them off?
Here is how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mub-1VeTe-c
You could get some white garbage bags and fill with Styrofoam peanuts or newspaper for the body of the snowmen and decorate the bags up to look like a snowman, add a scarf, etc.

This is not an answer but a question where did you get your snowmen heads . Answer get some childrenās play ball paint them white , glue and stack them put the head on top and decorate with large buttons . As soon as I find the heads Iām going to do just that and put them around my yard .
I know that the knoxville tn krogers has them.
Oh. I will keep thinking!
Can you find stump paint it white add some black spots for buttons and put the head on top.
Get some old table legs the spindle kind .Or go to garden place or lowes .If the head has a flat bottom and a small hole in it you can put them on top with a screw or glue them on . Paint the spindle legs and put them in the ground . Add a scarf around the neck to hide the attachment spot . You might be able to put a candle in them if they were for votive candles . Even better battery lights with a timer.
How about a family of snowmen at different heights? Use your tomato cages as trees. Could add embellishments to the hats to make them mama (fur trim and a brooch), papa (sprig of holly) and children (plaid ribbon and candy cane on one, more feminine ribbon and a sparkly snowflake on another). Add buttons, mufflers, twigs with mittens . . . Dad can hold a snow shovel, mom can hold a pair of skates (children's size to be the right scale)or wrapped gift, kids can hold candy canes... Be sure to add snow boots at the base of each one. Have fun!
what about using terra cotta pots for the bodies?
There was once a Calvin and Hobbes sketch of them making a snowman looking over a hill... just half the head peeking and some hands. You could make a hill and have some heads peek out.
Or, you could put a fake fire pit and have the heads around like they melted
Can you wrap your deck posts in some white fabric, and paint on buttons, or even glue on real buttons? Then attach heads to deck posts. I can't tell if you can access the inside of the heads to drill holes and screw to posts. Maybe a double sided tape?
I believe I did get the heads at Krogers. the heads are very heavy so the stacking won't work
Glue 2 buckets together & paint white & put heads on top & fix buckets like snowman's body & glue on limbs for arms. Or use big round flower pots & glue them together (top to top) & do the same as buckets. Good luck.
this sound like a good idea but i didn't want to get into much more expense but it's worth taking thinking about.
The first picture is a tomato cage snowman. The second one, poking out of winter greenery, could be placed on top of a large flower pot and you have a hiding snow man . A black tux or trench coat would look cool with the black top hats.
These snowheads are very very heavy. a tomato cage would never hold them. it seems I am going to be stuck between a rock and a hard place. I guess my idea is not going to come alive. I
you put rocks in the pots and you could also put a stake in the ground to come up into the hole in the bottom of the pots
Put them around the fire place with wht fabric underneath like they melting
my plan is to have them outside on my gazebo in the front yard and have Christmas trees made from my tomato cages and reindeer's among the trees and the snowmen included as part of a winter scene. I have an old sled that i was going to have two of the snowmen on the sleds. I am going to cut up two 4x4s in different lengths painted white and then I will screw wood spikes on both sides of each 4x4 pieces and push them in the ground at the spot that I want each snowman, tree and reindeer. I will place a string of mini-lites in each head. I will also many rows of multi and white string lights hanging from inside of the roof area. Deck boards will have to removed at each point of where a tree, snowman and deer will be standing. The deer and tomato cage will be fastened in a manor into the ground. Using red bows to add some colour.
I use to make swag lights made from metal coat hangers. Each hanger is spaced out with wire with the hook facing up. Wrapping white garland to cover all parts of the metal. Then I would wrap multi colour mini-lites around the garland and then hanging satin balls from each hook.
I hope you can visualize what I am doing. thank you all for your inputs.
PS: the snowman heads have a flat bottom and because they are so heavy I am hoping they will sit on the 4x4 and be sturdy enough that will with hold the winds.
Be Blessed
Granny, sounds like you have a good plan for your yard display. Many will enjoy it, as they pass by. Enjoy the holidays!
You could drill holes for twigs for the arms. I use marine silicone for items that are going to be outside. If you use gorilla glue the snowmen's heads might fall off
