    It's like a piano. I've seen where they gutted it and used as a bar if that's of interest to you.

      Thank you, Kelli ... I appreciate your thoughts ... There was a clip on this topic ... I passed it, intending to return, but could not find. Again, my thanks ... I have two organs ... And would love to take you up on your suggestion. Patricia

    If it still has most of the pipes or has interesting wood, I would sand, clean and either restain or paint the wood and polish any pipes and the keyboard. Do the seat and the foot boards to match the organ. If the pipes are gone, empty everything out of the organ body. Install shelves inside and use it to store seldom-used items. You can even install open shelves under the seat, and hide them from sight with a seat skirt. Clean and polish the wheels on the organ, or install wheels or rollers if the organ doesn’t have them so you can access the back shelving when you need to. Best wishes, Jewell
