How can I use tall 8 inch glass candle holders?

I burn the 8 inch tall glass candles constantly. Some people refer to them as religious candles because they have a removable covering of religious items. I get the ones that are just plain, no covering. I have a couple dozen used glass holders in my pantry. I keep searching for ways I can repurpose them.

you could decoupage them with neat fabric swatches then use for vases.
How about adding new candles into the glass? Or make new candles?
Stuff a short length of battery powered led string lights in one of the glass cylinders and you have a delightful cordless lamp!
