I have approximately 30 cream color sq. ft tiles and pieces and would like to make something for my outdoor flower gardens.

I used leftover tile to line my kitchen shelves and undersink in kitchen and bathroom. Also covered an old stained ugly desktop with the tile.

I'm using my leftover tiles to line the backyard, by the fence, along with river rock, to keep my dogs and cats from digging under the fence. I think it will look good too. I'm also going to do a couple 3X3 areas in front to put large colorful pots to brighten up the place. I also considered doing an area in front, to border the driveway, using river rock and the tiles, if it looks good in back, I might do that. You can also tile tables, paint them, etc.

Mosaic stepping stones was the first thing to pop into my mind.

It depends on what type of tile you have. Is it ceramic, vinyl, porcelain? If it is a tile you can break up into smalls pieces you can create an endless number of mosaic projects.
