I agree, turn it into a cart - you can make it a coffee/tea or bar cart, you can use it as a garden cart, plant stand, etc. A cart is so versatile you can use it inside or out.
Fix it up to a planting table! The shelves would hold pots and tools, and the top would have surface for potting.
