yes, but you would need to grate them down, and give them a splash of water to help melt them. Don’t plan on using that pan again for food.
I bought a soap mould for reusing soap bits, but a travel bar holder made of thick plastic could probably work too. Just melt the slivers in a double-broiler or in a bowl with a pot of hot water underneath. They don't have to be completely melted. Cool down slightly and pour into mould. I've never had to grate them.
put them in a little mesh bag. use it as a scrubber or for hand washing just swish in the water to make suds.
