I make pin cushions out of them then sell the pin cushions at the local Farmers' Markets, Fairs, etc. The sale prices depend on the completed product; some of them have the lids left on them and then bent up before covering them, so have the lids completely removed. The cans are covered with plastic canvas that has been 'embroidered' with designs, some with crocheted or knitted to fit covers (both the lids and the cans), some with material, some with painted designs, etc. Let your imagination run wild; every household/seamstress uses a pin cushion and they are 'hot' sellers.

If you can't find a use for them, keep collecting them and donate them to your local school. They can always find uses for them.

I baked muffins in them since my husband likes LARGE muffins. All I did was wash and dry the cans, lined them up on a cookie sheet, filled and baked. Worked like a charm.
