Yes, pad and cover the top for a seat. OR: Cut a 1/2"wood round to fit in the bottom and attach 4 casters up through it. Put your larger tools like hammer, drill, etc. inside the bucket. Pad and cover the top for a seat. Glue a handyman apron around the outside to hold smaller tools and you have a rolling shop stool!

You can put a cushion on the bottom for an ottoman or use it as a planter, I like the Rustoleum spray paints that look like stone.
