If it isn't a reel mower, you could remove the motor and create a planter in the center.

Position on lawn as an ornament , as in a corner area, grow a vine over roller and put a large put at handle and plant with something that drapes as sweet potato plant and something tall and colorful. keeping the pot smaller than the wheel or llarger.
