What could I make out of old bed spring?

I have a queen size bed spring that can't be brought upstairs to my guest bedroom due to too narrow stairway (I've purchased a new bed spring in two parts that I replaced it with). I don't need the old one anymore, but wouldn't like to throw it away either. Is there anything I could make out of it? I don't have any porch under which to place a cool chillaxing swing (like I've seen in many posts they've converted old springs into), unless I could make it somehow water proof...? In that case, how is it done? And how could I make a swing out of it if there's no ceiling to attach it to? Some frame with thick rope from every corner to keep it floating? I've slept in a bed like that once (40 years ago) in Sweden and it was quite an interesting experience, have to say, lol, but it's a pretty elaborate creation to do alone, and I'd prefer something easier for now... Or perhaps that could serve as a base for a cool hippie sofa for the livingroom? I'd need tips, please, and thankful for any! icon icon

Hello this is Peggy I saw a really cute bed spring stood up on end with pots of flowers stuck in the springs. You may want to check on line or pinterest . have fun with it.

Oh, like some kind of flower wall, or similar? What was it put againts? Fence? I mean, needs to be leaning against something, correct? Or how is it made to stand upright? Have to search pinterest, just thought if you already knew

If you don't have a fence or a shed or a garage wall to lean it up against, then get some of those green posts that they use to support a newly planted tree. Pound them into the ground, lean the springs up against them and secure it to the posts with heavy gauge wire. Plant those morning glories for a cheap climbing flower or buy the pricey one called a clematis.
