we make deer corn heat packs from socks!!! you put about 3-5 cups of deer corn and then add either a lavender or peppermint essential oil or another one if you like a different scent, mix together and scoop it into your sock! Tis the end supertight with some twine or something you've got a heating pack. You put it in the microwave for about two minutes and then feel it move the corner on a little bit shift it and then put it back in for longer if you need to. When it's ready pull it out and stick it on whatever part of your body might be sore or if you're really cold and warm you up fast!
